The decolorization efficiencies of MO over N-F-TiO2 materials (TTIP precursor) are twice higher than that of the undoped catalyst.
However, TiO2 is a wide band gap materials (~ 3.2 eV), absorbing energy in the ultraviolet (UV) region which accounts for only about 5 % of the solar light spectrum [2-3].
Solvothermal methods have been previously reported as successive route in producing functional materials with high level of crystallization at moderate temperatures [11].
Powder X-ray diffraction (Bruker D8 Advance) was utilized to observe phase structure of the as-prepared materials.

It was carried out the immediate chemical analysis, the verification of the humidity and density, the calorific value of the materials and the thermal degradation in inert and oxidizing atmosphere.
The results showed that there were beneficial changes in the characteristics of the materials, mainly in the thermal analyzes.
Based on the context, the work was verified as characteristic of physical and chemical materials to provide parameters of the material in nature and after the compaction process of the residue.
The density of the compacted material surpassed the result of several previous studies compared to briquette produced with similar materials [11,12].
Drying Technology: An International Journal Vol. 32 (14) (2014), p. 1699

The mechanical properties of those materials are greatly different from those of crystalline metals, whose elementary process comes from the dislocation movement.
The Drucker-Prager yield criterion is often used for various materials with the hydrostatic-stress dependence such as concrete, polymers, foams, and so on and is given by Eq. 1.

Luminescence caused by Si nanoclusters has been observed in Si-based materials, e.g. in silicon
rich silicon oxide [3], [4].
Si nanoclusters are usually localized in silicon-rich dielectric materials.
In this materials PL is observed in the red to near-IR wavelength range and typically requires the films to be annealed at higher temperatures.
