The disc material between the bones is about half as thick.
Surrounding those parts with crumple zones allows the less rigid materials to take the initial impact.

Metal oxide semiconductor type materials have been widely used as gas sensors and have been tested on various types of gases.
In addition to controlling the morphology of SMO, another method to increase the performance of gas sensors is by combining with other materials such as carbon nanotubes (CNTs).
The advantage of CNTs compared to other materials in terms of gas sensors is to have a fast response, low power usage and can operate at room temperature [14].

Being valid only for a specific value of yield strain (E/σo=0.002) implies that their formula are far from practical use, since yield strain of real materials naturally varies over a wide range.

Introduction Rock is a multiphase material composed of several kinds of mineral grains, cements, micro-pores and cracks.
Brittle or ductile materials should be studied on the meso-level.
This experiments were conducted in the state key laboratory of nonlinear mechanics (LNM) of Institute of Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

A large number of packaging materials have short life.
With the development of composite materials, waste packaging is no longer pure polymer, but is a combination of different composition.
In the identification of near-infrared rays (NIR), it takes different organic materials with different spectrum in order to recognize variable organic materials.
Regarding the waste packaging polymer recovered by physical method, the quality and pollution levels of recovered material have a greater relationship with the composition of the selected materials.
The quality of recycled materials determine the alternative level of recycled raw materials: "high quality" recyclables can be re-used in the same types of applications.

So far, researchers have experimented and tested the properties of MEMS materials and the failure of MEMS devices in shock environment [1,2,3].
If the maximum stress or strain of structure caused by shock is lower than the maximum allowable stress or strain of materials, the design is reliable [4].
Therefore, to evaluate the shock reliability of MEMS devices exactly, the theory linked up static performances of materials and stress waves should be established.

The second part is the calculation of mechanical properties of the concrete material and concrete structures problem based on the temperature distribution from part 1.
The geometric and material properties of the tested columns used in the analysis are taken from the literature and are given in Table 1.
It can be seen from the figure that, in general, for columns having the same steel ratio, concrete cover, slenderness ratio, and concrete materials, the larger column has better fire performance.
