Abstract.
From the respect of pretreatment, GC required conversion of metaldehyde into acetaldehyde or derivatization and LC required derivatization to acquire fluorescence structure; although GC–MS is a suitable method for metaldehyde analysis, but metaldehyde depolymerize easily when heated, GC–MS must require step heating in Inlet.

Abstract.
The samples were prepared using two different types of sample; extruded samples that were submerged in liquid nitrogen and fractured to expose the internal structure and blow film samples that were cut into small sizes.

Now that CNTs do not spontaneously or persistently
suspend in LCs, the chemistry and physics of dispersion will play a crucial role.
Change in the relaxation dynamics is expected from the change in the structure and orientation due to the addition of CNTs, but it is too early to make a conclusion over this changing dynamics and more detailed investigations are certainly needed to ascertain the mechanism behind the relaxation-change process.

Three main measures of emission reduction of NOx over Chengdu Economic Circle are as follows: firstly, reducing emissions of NOx from vehicles, strengthening the system of environmental protection inspection conformity label of vehicles and accelerating the elimination process of "Yellow-Labeled Vehicles", carrying out the policy of limit to vehicles on road, improving the quality of fuel, developing public traffic and improving road traffic structure, and reducing idle speed ratio of the vehicles; secondly, treating the NOx of industrial enterprises, and for thermal power plants and cement production enterprises, strengthening the construction and renovation of flue gas denitration equipments and supporting facilities so that the overall denitration efficiency of the thermal power plant will not be lower than 70% and the overall denitration efficiency of the cement production enterprise will not be lower than 60%; and thirdly, carrying out the joint prevention and control among cities.

At the end of the hydrolysis period, the degree of hydrolysis was 25.67% determined by ZHAO et al[9] with modifications , the mixture was adjusted to 4.5 with 1 mol/L HCL, heated at 90℃ for 10 min and centrifuged at 4000×g for 10 min, and the supernatant fractions were desalted with DA201-C (Suqing Chemistry Co., China) as described by LIU et al [10], the fraction desorbed with 100% ethanol was collected and the remaining ethanol was removed by rotary evaporation and the peptides were freeze dried and stored in a desiccator for further use.
