Research on Force Simulation of Rolls' Deformation in the Rolling Process of Medium and Heavy Plate Leveler Xiaogang Wang a Xiangnan Li b Qingxue Huang c School of Material Science and Engineering, Taiyuan University of Science and Technology, China, Shanxi, Taiyuan 030024 a wxg_158@sina.com bdaosheng54321@163.com Keywords: medium thick plate; straightening; deformation of rolls Abstract.During many factors affect the straightening precision, the shape of roller gap affect directly the flatness and the distribution of residual stress; At the same time, roll system's stiffness, as an important part of the roller leveler's whole stiffness, affect directly the design of leveling production process.
Activities beams material is Q345, the elasticity module is 211000Mpa, Poisson's ratio is 0.3; The materials of straightening rollers and supporting rollers is 60CrMoV forged steel, with the elasticity module of 221000Mpa, Poisson's ratio is 0.3; rollers box material is cast steel, the elasticity module is 175000Mpa, Poisson's ratio is 0.3.

The fatigue life of the solution annealed and cold stretched materials is predicted by the model and the prediction results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
The life of the cold-stretched materials increases with the increasing of cold stretching level (e), which is certainly longer than the life of the solution-annealed material.
An empirical life prediction method Hull-Rimmer (H-R) theory is based on the interaction of fatigue-creep of materials under high temperature, that is, the process contains loading and load holding.

Figure 4 shows an overview of the brittle fracture material model of the glass material [6, 7].
Therefore, as per the damage theory and granular material theory of a fractured material, the stiffness of a material would degrade [9].

Introduction Ever since the time of Gough and Sopwith [1], a large number of papers has been published on the effect of the environment on the fatigue behavior of structural materials, including aluminum alloys.
Today it is well known that the fatigue strength of most structural materials is affected by oxygen and by the relative humidity of the air test environment.
Experimental procedures The material investigated was the commercial 7075-T6 aluminum alloy in sheet form.
