With further addition, the filling materials started to dominate and thus the resulting creep property started to outperform that of the base material.
Therefore, in designing of MR elastomer materials, we should study how to improve the surface property of carbonyl iron powder, so its action can overcome the one that destroys the phase separation of polyurethane.

Considering this, finding cheaper material to replace Eu2O3 is important.
Experimental methods The materials are analytical-grade AlCl3.6H2O, SrCO3, NH4HCO3, H3BO3, EuCl3 solution concentration is 66.8g/L. the homogeneous solution was prepared with a final molar ratio of Al:Sr=2:3, where the molar number of AlCl3.6H2O is benchmark. 0.01~0.08 EuCl3 was added as activator.

Experimental materials and methods
Mg-8.9wt%Al-0.53wt%Zn alloy cast ingots (direct casting and air cooling) with an outer diameter of 160mm are adopted as the materials for experiment.
So, the tensile strength of the material becomes less than that when the temperature is 390 ºC, the plasticity of the material decreases continuously.
