The Study of LiNbO3 Piezoelectric-Films Applied in Measurement of Thenar Pressure

Abstract:

For testing and analyzing thenar pressure and obtaining the physiologic and pathologic parameter about posture and athletics, LiNbO3 film is deposited on latex substrate by RF magnetron sputtering and connected with the signal collecting instruments to compose testing system of thenar pressure .The system is applied in the actual test. The experiments indicate that the LiNbO3 piezoelectric-film has better sensitivity stabilization and repeatability, and it can obtain reliable the thenar pressure signals. It confirms that the LiNbO3 piezoelectric-film was suitable for thenar pressure measurement.
