After study high temperature plastic deformation on different materials, Jonas [2] found that the relationship between the stress level and strain rate, temperature was fit exponential when material deformation.

Thin film solar cells are considered
to be more economically viable compared with crystalline Si cells due to lower costs resulting from
reduced materials, faster processing and manufacturing, and ability to produces larger devices [1-4] .
This is comparable to nano-abrasive fabrication on similar brittle materials carried out by Yin and Huang [9] and approaches nanogrinding described by Gatzen and Maetzig [10] and Huang et al. [11], where brittle materials deform plastically in the ductile regime through the use of abrasive diamond with fine grain size and low loads.
