Finite Element Model of the 3-layer BEAM The three materials are all considered as linear elastic material, and visco-elasticity of the adhesive is ignored.
The materials of 3 layers are all considered elastic, so the constitutive equation is suitable for the 3 layers.
Meshing and loading It should be mentioned that, materials of the three layers are metal (45# steel), adhesive (epoxy resin) and quartz.
