Abstract.
In this context, those maintenance administrators fail to place more emphasis on the maintenance of bridges in the small town and bridge maintenance has no planning, scheme and cycle, all kinds of inspections cannot be executed completely, testing measures are lagging behind, in addition, they emphasize the newly-built and reconstruction engineering instead of local maintenance, all these will intensify the potential threats.
