Materials 1) Test fungi Denitrifying Bacillus coagulans YX-6, laboratory-based research and development products and bacteria content of 1.2 × 108 cfu / ml [4]. 2) Experimental animals Litopenaeus vannamei, which body length is between 4.5 ± 0.3cm and weight is between 0.8 ± 0.2g. 3) Test sites Shanghai Litopenaeus marine Science and Technology Company provided shrimp culture ponds, which water area was about 10 acres and water depth was about 2 meters; about 40,000 shrimp per acres.

Kaolin clay, anhydrous CaCl, oxalate crystal violet dye, Lugo-type iodine solution, 95% ethanol, re-dye of saffron, Malachite green dye, 0.05% dye of saffron.
2.1.2 Medium
Screening media: straw powder 20g (before utilize it through 80 mesh sieve), NH4NO3 2g, NaCl 10g, agar 20g, H2O 1L, 1molNaOH adjust the solution pH 7 (with the culture of bacteria), fungal medium composition and proportions are the same as bacteria, only the natural pH.
