Both the upper-pole plate and the down-pole plate are made of red copper and insulated with other materials.
The cover casing is also made of insulating materials, and the upper-pole plate is linked to high-voltage static generator whose model is DW-P503-4ACCD, and the down-pole plate is earthed.
As a whole, it is concluded that the take-off-voltage averages of SCN in electrostatic field are higher than those of fiber neps which are from the same materials.

According to OECD Statistics, natural resources are natural assets (raw materials) occurring in nature that can be used for economic production or consumption.
The corresponding economic activities output raw materials or advanced materials to support the next stage of production, and then the productive chain has taken shape.

High specific stiffness and strength materials like an advanced composite material
are requested for reduction of automotive weight.
In case of railroad car, light-weight composite materials were applied to the secondary structures such as front panel and interior part.
