Introduction At present the ship routes for water transportation in Taiwan can be separated into two catalogues: the route of Taiwan Island and the route of offshore islands.
In 2011, as for the loading/unloading volumes of offshore island ports, according to the Report on Throughputs & Freight Rates of Commodities in 2011 (water and air transportation of cargoes) released by the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, R.O.C., “Penghu Magong Port” has the throughput of 518,198 metric tons and thus the most port among the offshore islands, followed by 359,874 metric tons of “Kinmen Liaoluo Port”, and then 81,893 metric tons of “Matzu Port”.
The top three ones are (a) short transit time, (b) high frequency of sailing and (c) professional ability of staff.
The results show that the offshore island troops of Army in Kinmen expect the military ships to undertake the ocean shipping to the offshore islands, so as to realize short transit time and high frequency of sailing by the professionals, with top priority given to the timing.
The top three criteria are: (a) short transit time, (b) high frequency of sailing and (c) professional ability of staff.

Water area and shoreline suitable for inland ports often had better water depth conditions, a larger amount of water and also had better utilization of water resources.It was particularly used as drinking water source protection zone, designated as governments at all levels.
As important ecological environment of Shaoguan and even Guangdong Province, also as the source of drinking water and ecological barrier, waters in zhenjiang and wujiang were rather sensitive.
Therefore, great importance must be attached to the construction of water pollution accident prevention and emergency response system, raising precaution awareness, developing a targeted operational water pollution emergency plans, equipping with water pollution emergency equipment and facilities, the establishment of an emergency response team of professionals, and ensure efficient response to water pollution accidents.

Among them, MIKE21 is a professional modeling and simulation engineering software, and is well known as a tool that provides a design environment for engineering, coastal management and planning applications.
Water-filled raft: A new wave energy converter Water-filled raft WEC is a new wave energy converter system based on bulge waves traveling along a distensible rubber tube, and the profile is shown in Figure 1.
This result shows a small decrement in the maximum wave height after passing the 2 rows of the Water-filled raft WECs.
By the simulation of MIKE21 BW, the optimum configuration of a group of Water-filled raft WECs was determined, and each row of Water-filled raft WECs is placed in a position with greater possible wave height.

The value of space structure reactivation and innovated cultural connotation is best interpreted through historical area regeneration, especially when matching different professional groups in the area to manage spontaneously.
Frequent community activities, as the software, were organized and supported by government programs from the cultural and social sector; the hardware, such as space environment improvement, was designed and planned by the community and professional in the workshops.
With the lead of gardening expertise workshop workers and offering learning lessons on watering and transplanting, a consensus of greener environmental behavior was formed (Figure 3).
The Wide Angle coffee shop provided professional photographers to record community activity directly; the Ink Fun studio assigned three designers who are space planning professionals to lead and guide supervisions on community constructions (Figure 7); and Tailwind restaurant collaborated with community talent on using and shaping creative arts made from recycling resources as entrance image (Figure 8), and provided refreshments to residents and community volunteers during street landscape environment improvement activities.
Conclusion: Local Workshop Platform Enhances Local Professionals to Participate in Community Events In addition to regular subsidy program from public sectors, the old street blocks of historical communities can have opportunities for different community groups to understand and participate in area environment improvements and bring in external resources to share with the community through participation in the local workshop platform.
