Abstract.
Combining with an engineering example to verify the improved "index weight method", and the sensitivity of index weight is discussed.
According to this kind of index, civil affairs departments in our country divided the accident disaster into catastrophic disaster, heavy disaster, medium disaster and small disaster these four categories.
The research of disaster risk evaluation method based on the improved index weight method The above dam-break disaster risk rating methods are complex, process is trival, and a lot of formulas, difficult operation, and availability are not strong in the engineering practice, so it is one of the current important topic to research and develop a more suitable and reasonable risk evaluation method.
Combined with engineering projects, we did the risk determination to JIZUO tailings pond in improved risk evaluation method of "index weight", concluding that the risk degree of the JIZUO tailings pond dam-break disaster is the "general risk".
