The material nonlinearity of structure is considered with reinforcement concrete fiber model, and distributed hinge type is adopted to simulate for plastic hinge.
Main idea of fiber model is to discredited analysis cross section into certain fibers, assuming every fiber to be in uniaxial loading, while the cross section deformation using the plane section assumption, and nonlinear relationship of force and displacement of whole cross section can be calculated by relationship of uniaxial strain and stress of fiber materials.

The Si implanted materials have a markedly increased erosion resistance than unimplanted siloxane coatings in AO environment.
Polymer materials used in spacecraft are usually damaged both chemically and physically by these environmental factors.
Major environmental factors related to the degradation of polymer materials’ properties are AO, UV, and radiation.
The surface of implanted polymer based materials combines the advantages of inorganic materials and organic polymers.

These findings lay a solid foundation for the further development of bridge safety assessment and prediction when non-linear chaotic theory is utilized to analyze the bridge health monitoring information. 1.Introduction Bridge structure as a complicated mechanism model is subject to influences of multiple factors as structure form, materials and external circumstances, and during actual operation necessarily shows highly non-linear characteristics[1].
In the late years of the last century, the nonlinearity sciences including chaos, fractal and so many leading sciences which had offered the possibility to research time sequence with non-linear instruments had had great developments.
