Introduction Real-time monitoring of dynamic stress concentration is one of the most efficient methods for deterioration diagnosis and remaining life prediction of materials.
The resulting smart ML coating can transfer mechanical energy into the photo energy of light emission, which is capable of sensing the dynamic stress of substrate materials.

In this study, a series of laboratory investigation were conducted on the cement stabilized macadam materials.
Therefore, it is important to clearly understand the deterioration law of semi-rigid materials and evaluate the remaining life of materials to fully utilize the structural materials of the original pavement to optimize the design, especially in the structure design of resurface or rehabilitation.

In recent years, a serious of new materials and techniques of fire fighting for coal fires have developed in China, for instance, a serious of gel materials and equipments of fire preventing and extinguishing[4,5], and the technology of fire preventing and extinguishing with liquid carbon dioxide[6] have researched by Xi’an University of Science and Technology.
In which technologies of serious of gel materials for fire preventing and extinguishing have promoted to the Russia, India and Bengal, which has yielded highly desirable results.
The technologies of gel materials of fire preventing and extinguishing have capabilities of leakage protection, lower the temperature, retarding coal oxidation and consolidating water.

However, conventional material models can not describe the material behaviors in micro/meso scale due to size/scale effects.
Thus, , .And the other material parameters are Young’s modulus, initial yield stress.
After the material flows into the die gradually, the forming force decreases.
