The study on passage layout problem is to minimize the cost of transporting materials between compartments.
Therefore, choosing the passage routes reasonably is an effective measure to increase the efficiency of ship materials flow.
The objective is to minimize the cost of transporting materials between 14 compartments.

In these cases the damaged shear walls need to be retrofitted by additional materials or members.
And passive retrofitting means that bonded retrofitting material retain the lateral load or axial load.
