Research on the deformation characteristic of EPS silt light-weight soil Feng Yong1, a and Pei Yu-bin1,b 1 College of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Henan University of Technology, Zhengzhou, 450001, China a51433719@qq.com, b 874769620@qq.com Keywords: EPS silt light-weight soil; deformation characteristic; microstructure character Abstract.
Introduction With the increasing of human engineering activities, advances in geotechnical engineering, civil engineering new technology and new material arises at the historic moment, lightweight soil is a typical representative of them.
It is an effective reduce the post-construction settlement of high quality filling material, has a broad application prospect in engineering practice, which has been hailed as a civil engineering in the new technological revolution.
At the same time before the choice of EPS particle size is uniform, and practical engineering applications, the waste foamed plastics particles can't be true.
The final purpose of study is for EPS silt mixed lightweight soil engineering application provides reasonable geotechnical parameters, for the selection, preparation has a clear service engineering properties of EPS silt mixing light-weight soil, can be widely applied to facilitate the green technology.

The answers of the green engineering management being so important for the green building may exist in the differences between it and the traditional engineering management.
The target of the traditional engineering management is economic goal.
The government administration and the construction guild should take their own responsibility to broadcast the interrelationship of the green buildings and green engineering management and the advantages of green engineering management compared with the traditional engineering management.
So, the enterprises can more consciously use gree engineering management.
The multidisciplinary team should consist of landscape designer, the architect, environmental analyst, mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, civil engineer, structural engineer, and etc.

The construction industry is composed of five sectors: residential, commercial, civil, industrial, and environmental.
Heavy Civil construction greatly impacts society since it deals with transportation.
Environmental construction used to be part of heavy civil, but it now has its own section since it deals with projects that improve the environment.
The first step is to assign the project team which includes the project manager (PM), contract administrator, superintendent, and field engineer.
A field engineer is considered an entry-level position and is responsible for paperwork.
