At present, in the domestic down-flop material basically uses metal oxide as a reproduction reflecting layer, and most of them are used in the production of pigments, rarely used in anti-counterfeit labels.
There is few glass beads used to optically variable material, rarely used zinc sulfide, only a handful of Japanese companies use, patents are also less.
Experiment Apparatus and materials. screen printing machine, small coating machine, vacuum evaporation machine.
Raw materials include polyethylene terephthalate, glass beads, zinc sulfide, polyurethane, titanium dioxide coated mica sheet, adhesive, release paper.
