Rotary ultrasonic machining (RUM) is considered as an effective machining method, which has been utilized to machine hard and brittle materials such as advanced ceramics.
RUM results in higher material removal rate (MRR) than that obtained by either diamond grinding or USM.

It has wide application prospects in the filed of grinding machining and improving surface properties of metal material [1,2].
The plastic deformation area of material enlarged and most of burr was caused by extrusion.

For the same material parameter, the scale relations are given by (13) Substituting Eq. (13) into Eq. (12), it can be written as (14) It means that if the thin walled cylindrical shell is geometrically scaled by a specific scale factor denoted by k, and materials remain unchanged, the ratio of the frequencies of the prototype to the model ones will be equal to the inverse of geometrical scale factor, i.e., 1/k.

While most of researches studied on scintillating materials are based on crystals [2-4], the interest on scintillators based on glass matrices is increasing because of their advantages compared with crystals such as better mechanical properties, lower cost, large-scale production, and easy shaping [1].

In case of materials fatigue there are two approaches to planning an experiment, depending on the goal to be achieved.
The first step involves defining properties of materials the objects are made of and a developing a simplified geometric model and a material model of air handling unit.
The selected node was used for verification of the numerical model and the material one.
