Study on the Technologies of Rapid Three-dimension Optical Measurement for Welding Deformation of Sheet Materials Zhenzhong XIAO1, a, Jin LIANG1,b, Dehong YU 1,c , Zhengzong TANG 1,d 1 School of Mechanical Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Xi'an 710049, China a xiaozhenzhong@163.com, bliangjin@x263.net, cdhyu@xjtu.edu.cn, d tangzhengzong@stu.xjtu.edu.cn Keywords: Welding Deformation, Sheet Metal, 3D Optical Measurement, Deformation Control Abstract.
The application in the measurement for welding deformation of sheet materials is satisfying.
The material in the area with high temperature expands during heating and shrinks during cooling, but it can not deform freely, then there is internal stress generated in the welding that deforms the material of this part by extrusion and tension.
Conclusions This paper proposes a new non-contact rapid 3D optical method to measure real-time welding deformation of sheet materials.

The simulation results show that shaft rotating speed, ball materials, axial preload and the initial contact angles to some extent impact the bearing stiffness while have little affects on system nature frequency and the rotor unbalance response which greatly affected by the system base stiffness.
The generated centrifugal forces and gyro moments are proportional to the density of ball materials.
Therefore, it is necessary to find the stiffness differences of DDBB using different ball materials.
Bigger axial preload and smaller ball material density help to improve the radial stiffness.
