A good social environment of saving energy in building has not be formed .Facing above problems, this report mainly research the CL structure, low-carbon green energy-saving materials, to promote Qinhuangdao urbanization process.

Abstract:Basalt fiber is a novel high-performance inorganic material, recently has been well received as a reinforcement in China.
Typical basalt short-cuts, filaments, flakes, fabrics, geotextiles and composite bar were characterized and the applications of these materials in civil engineering were recommended.
All these attributes reveal that basalt materials are very promising in future civil market.

In order to promote frugality, in addition to the improvement of building shape factor, building insulation and building sealing, there is the strengthening of research on building insulation materials, development of various new materials and enhancement of the insulation effect. (3) Selection of new transparent materials.
The primary measures are: reusing old building materials, components, fittings and equipment; recycling rare and scarce resources; conservation of water resources; reducing embodied energy; using new building materials like perforated bricks.
The main measures are: (1) Enhance ventilation and pollution control; (2) Select building and interior decoration materials with caution.
At the same time, different combinations of the latest building materials, construction technology and energy-saving technology are made.
The main energy saving measures is the selection of window frame materials and glass products with good heat resistance performance.
