Once complete and almost defects free layers were obtained, partial reduction was found to lead to the creation of almost circular nano sized holes in the SAMs; which can be used as nano-electrodes.
Once the maximum blockage is obtained, a partial reduction is conducted by holding the potential at a given position regarding the SAM reduction peak which leads to a drastic change in the blocking properties.
Cyclic voltammetry (CV) was conducted by using a potentiostat (Solartron SI 1287), and the data acquisition with the CorrWare-Electrochemistry software.

Conclusion Our results show that cycling (reduction-redeposition) of electrodeposited thiol SAMs improves the blocking properties.

The data was obtained in the city of Tehran, since Iran was used in this study.
In the World Bank Data the value of load factor is 70%, headway of buses is around 1-12 minutes and average operating speed is around 15-25 km/h for bus standard operation inter-city [8].
In Table 1 and Table 2 the average values of load factor for the first scenario and second scenario are reductions of around 64% and 66%, respectively.
Also, the average values of dwell time for the first scenario and second scenario are reductions of around 58% and 54%, respectively.

Comprehensive effect evaluation system for UIG regional cooperative innovation is a multi-level system, it concludes large amounts of information and indexes, which could use rough sets to do the attribute reduction for the data in this complex system, which means that helping us to reduce the data of this evaluation model, so as to improve the simplicity of the evaluation results.
Using expert scoring method, the data is complete, true and credible.

Based on engine bench test data points diesel engine power curve in figure 1 is drawn.
The least squares polynomial fitting function of Matlab software is used during the data processing: A=polyfit (x, y, n).
Verification Calculate the oil consumption rates of diesel engine bench tests through the fuel consumption rate model and compare them with the test data, the result is shown as table 2, 3.
When comparing the calculated values with the test data, the result proves that the model can predict fuel consumption rate of diesel engine well

This research is conducted by analysing quantitative data from vessel sourcing database focuses on uncertainty recorded from January to August 2012.
Data of vessel Request Order (RO) with the actual requirements have been recorded from January 2012 to August 2012.Eight months of vessel chartering (VC) activities chosen to ensure having a complete data of purchasing cycle from tendering process to contract issuance.
To control the data evaluation, the first uncertainty that hit the sourcing process will be recorded as the uncertainty.
All data will be tabulated in graphical method, pie chart and tables.
