The material data for modeling kinematic hardening behavior were obtained by cyclic tension-compression tests, whilst the isotropic hardening and the yield surface parameters were acquired by simple uniaxial tension tests.
Material data identifying.
To assess the sensitivity of the simulation results to the material data, a parametric study was performed in the AutoForm R7® software on the user-defined variables.
The effect of 10-30% change in the Young’s reduction rate on the springback Fig. 8.
Besides that the Young’s reduction factor has approx. two times stronger effect than the Young’s reduction rate has, both of their impact is almost negligible, and the default parameters can be used safely for DP600.

The preset values are used in level-1 control equipment (Switching over timing of preset values are determined by level-1 control equipment), including centering preset data, coil car preset data, POR (pay off reels) preset data, welding condition, entry loop tension, mill ASD preset data, sleeve preset data, inspection preset data, weight preset data, and band preset data.
In this calculation, reduction schedule is not be changed for other stands.
Secondly, storing actual data into setup data table is finished.
The received data (TCM actual data) are stored into SMLDT of the coil that exists under last WPD before mills.
And then the calculation of adaptive coefficient and feeding data back can be achieved by given actual data.

From data given in fig.1-2 it follows that shape and bend radius value of the strip after leaving the deformation zone is influenced by initial height of the rolled strip h0, rolling reduction ε and velocity asymmetry factor av.
From data given in fig.2 follows that for reductions more than 30% a distinct influence of asymmetry velocity of roll periphery av on the direction of strip blend after leaving the deformation zone takes place.
The effect of the velocity asymmetry factor, av, and the initial stock height, h0, on the strip curvature, for a rolling reduction of ε = 30% The curve lines given in fig.4 for reduction of 30% are of different character.
Distribution of strain intensity εi for a strip of h0 = 14 mm, rolled asymmetrically with a rolling reduction of 30% and varied asymmetry factors: a) av = 5%, b) av = 8%, c) av = 15% From data given in fig. 5-7 follows that as a result of asymmetric rolling process in deformation zone there occurs an unequal velocity field of material flow.
The impact of individual rolls on the strip is also different as well as reduction of each roll is different.

The highly Cube-oriented sheets were cold-rolled to various reductions up to 90%.
In this study, the highly Cube-oriented Ni sheets were cold-rolled to various reductions, in order to clarify the stability of Cube orientation during rolling in such a polycrystalline Cube materials.
Firstly, the sheet 2 mm thick, 60 mm wide and 200 mm long was rolled by 50% reduction in thickness in one pass at room temperature, which is considered as the 1st ARB cycle.
Texture was analyzed by the orientation mapping data of EBSD.
The Cube-oriented sheets were cold-rolled by various reductions in thickness, and the orientation of the cold-rolled sheets was investigated by FE-SEM EBSD analysis.

From the data, it can be found that the total population amounted to 16.09 million in 2000 with 13.32 million household populations and 2.77 million transient populations.
According to overall development situation of Shanghai and actual statistic data, the construction sector has great increased in recently years.
Moreover, from these statistical data, although the increase speed of total energy consumption is not so rapidly, the energy consumption structure changed greatly before 2008.
These data means the relatively clean energy consumption ratio is rising greatly.
According to the statistic data, the building energy consumption accounted for about 25% of total energy consumption in Shanghai and will increase with 1% per year[4-6].

Figure 1 shows the pipeline segments later: Data Preparation Once the pipeline failure, many adverse consequences will appear.
When giving the following data, the uncertainty, integrity and simplicity of the data must be ensured.
Uncertainty is that the data noise must be less.
Knowledge discovery from data containing noise will affect the credibility of the knowledge.
Data noise will mask the true knowledge, and may influence the credibility of the final decision-making rules.

We use the tax survey data of the central treasury, combine with the trajectory and evolution path of China's private economy, introduce a non-parameter DEA method to calculate the Malmquist index and analyze the quality of tax sources and the level of total factor productivity of private enterprises in the post financial crisis era.
Design for the Study Sample selection and data sources We select the research sample from all private enterprises in three industries (summarized by the various sectors) from 2009 to 2011.
All the data are from the national tax survey data tables of the year.
Vigorous tax policy to develop and support the tertiary industry According to the statistical data in this paper, under the same conditions the tertiary industry creates more revenue and total profits and taxes, while the number of labor is far less than in other industries.
The “tax-based type” of tax reduction includes accelerated depreciation, tax deductions, investment credits, loss carryforwards, deferred payments and so on.

In addition, numerical simulation is performed to study the potential application of PCM-modified soil for reduction of temperature variations in ground.
The reduction in thermal diffusivity of PCM-modified soil is due to the reduction of thermal conductivity as well as the increase of specific heat capacity.
The climatic data were extracted from the Seasonal Monitoring Program (SMP) database of the Long-Term Pavement Performance program (LTPP) project [12] for the state of Arizona between 01/07/1996 to 01/10/1996.
Using the Arizona climatic data and experimentally determined thermo-physical properties of PCM-modified soils, temperature variation in the ground was predicted using the one-dimensional heat transport model.

The selected structure also allows for flexible selection of the measuring channels, which are essential for system monitoring and data acquisition.
The adjustable parameters in this case are: · type of waveform · frequency table · number of repetitions of full periods Variables used for the implementation of the above mentioned controller were collected in a cluster representing data types [11] shown in Figure 3.
Classes of roads and their power spectral densities are defined in ISO 8608:1995 entitled: “Mechanical vibration – Road surface profiles – Reporting of measured data”.
