As a result, numerous other construction materials such as FinFETs, carbon nanotubes (CNT), and others have been extensively researched as a possible substitute for CMOS technology.
This work gives a comprehensive investigation of a 22nm CNTFET-based 10T SRAM to determine the effect of chirality, the number of tubes, pitch, oxide thickness, and various carbide materials on basically composed power, average write power, read delays, leakage, leakage power, including write delay.
Conclusion The use of the result of technological advancement materials in the CNTFET improves molecular electronics performance.
