At present, in view of the construction energy-saving, people focus more on that of the civil architecture, and the norms or provisions concerning construction energy-saving issued in recent years are almost set for civil architecture as well.
It’s suggested in an investigation that in the construction project’s investment amount finished in our country every year, the proportion of industrial plants and civil architecture is 53:47, and more than half of it are covered by industrial plants.
In the traditional view, compared with the civil architectures, industrial plants require to be simple, practical, cheap in cost, and appear to be big, bulky and rough, which is the basic impression in people’s mind towards a group of industrial plants built in the last century in our country.
Compared with traditional industrial plants and civil architecture, modern industrial plants of this kind has following features: higher requirement to the architecture’s inner working environment, such as the control of clearance, illumination, temperature and humidity; more construction energy-consumption in an unit area, therefore, it has become an increasingly urgent problem requiring solution and deep research that elevating the energy-saving consciousness in its design, reducing its energy-consumption and discussing effective measures of its energy-saving.
Compared with civil architecture, as an important type of architecture, industrial plants have the features of big energy-consumption, large-area roof, demanding simplicity and etc. which is more suitable for applying photovoltaic technology and has an extremely wide developing prospect.

,LTD, Tianjin 300222 atian_mm2003@163.com Keywords: Network, Engineering drawings, Intelligent print queue, CAD, Print, Plot, Device independence Abstract.
Combining the needs of the port engineering design and production, we develop engineering drawing network plotting management system based on intelligent print queue management.
Commitments port design institute has professional multi (such as overall, hydraulic, process, civil engineering, port machinery, communications, etc. more than 30), a large number of drawings, design projects at the same time, so scientific management of the output print of engineering drawings improves design efficiency.
In this paper, In combination with needs of Zhongjiao First Harbor Engineering Investigation and Design Institute of Engineering production , engineering drawing network plotting management system based on intelligent print queue management.
