The materials have the characteristics: 1.1 Good freeze-thaw resistance.
The materials with good fluidity should be selected, it can completely fill the bottom of void area, so as to solve the problems of slab bottom void. 1.4 Less shrinkage.
Because of using large quantity of water in the ratio design of grouting materials, in order to ensure the fluidity of grouting material, the measure will lead to the segregation and bleeding of grouting mixture, and reduce the performance of grouting reinforcement layer itself, also reduce the water stability of base materials, be easy the slab bottom void to appear.
The grouting material ratio is in accordance with the laboratory test results, and mixing with water to form grouting materials. pumping grouting materials into holes on the concrete pavement slab, the controlling pressure is about 2MPa, the adjacent grouting holes overflowing to maintain about 1min, filling grouting hole, after grouting is finished, the vehicular traffic is strictly prohibited, the demanded strength reached about 24~72h, the Benkelman Beam deflection method is used to measure construction quality of grouting slab, when the measured results more than 0.2mm, the slab grouting should repeat until meeting the requirements to open to traffic.

It is one perfect waterproofing and drainage materials used in low embankment highway.
Applicability analysis of the new material in low embankment highway When introducing the new composite waterproofing and drainage board material used as subgrade drainage cushion layer materials, its waterproof effect and the subgrade stability should be investigated.

Abstract Functionally graded materials (FGM) possess a gradual transition in the composition or microstructure within a component inducing gradual changes in the functions and properties of the material with varying location.
The conventional approach of materials selection for component design and fabrication is based on the list of existing engineering materials.
