Along with the growth of nonequilibrium crystal morphology research thorough, we learn that the generation of dendritic has a great influence on the performance of the material: on the one hand, it produces the structure and composition segregation defects, damage to material performance; Some materials, on the other hand, requires a special form of dendrite formation, such as microcrystalline glass, ceramic, etc.
Sample preparation and test method Test materials for 45 steel, high temperature confocal microscope is used to analyse the sample accurate temperature program control, Japan LASERTEC on high temperature confocal laser scanning microscope, can not only temperature and atmosphere for precise control of the solidification process, and can be used for real-time video, solidification process of the research.
