Introduction
Lead zirconate titanate (PZT) Pb(Zr1-xTix)O3 was founded at earlier 1950s, it is a kind of ferroelectric materials.
Lead acetate, zirconium oxynitrate, tetrabutyl titanate were used as the raw materials.
When applied a reverse electric field, the direction of spontaneous polarization in ferroelectric materials will be reversed.
Equivalent circuit for general piezoelectric vibrator PZT ceramic is a kind of ferroelectric materials and has piezoelectric effect.

The external loadings are sufficiently severe to produce inelastic material behaviour and produce finite transverse displacement, or geometry change, effects.
Other comparisons will be made in the full paper with more recent experimental studies and with a consideration of material strain rate sensitive effects. 5.

In the manufacturing industry, wire electrical discharge machining process plays a predominant role to manufacture components with intricate profiles and shapes of hard materials that are very difficult to machine by conventional machining processes.
Wire electrical discharge machining is widely used in fields like dies, punches, aerospace and automotive industries for machining all types of conductive, exotic, high strength and temperature resistive materials with better precision and accuracy.
In this thermal erosion process, there is no physical contact between wire tool and work materials; as a result, the adverse effects such as mechanical stresses, chatter, and vibration normally present in traditional machining are eliminated. [1] Fig.1.

Weaknesses: Absence of cycle counting every month leads to unorganised material stacking and at times difficult to find the material.
There are less numbers of effective labours who handles material carefully without damage.
Imported materials are available at very cheap rates.

In this paper, by using the low to moderate grade bentonite ores from Weifang (WF for short) (China) as the raw materials, the continuous preparation process of the high purity montmorillonite and the application performance of self-prepared inorganic gel are systematically studied.
Therefore, using bentonite with high montmorillonite content and low layer charge as experimental materials, the inorganic gel with good performance will be prepared.

But, in the actual production process, the rolling temperature depends not only on the empirical or semi-empirical formula, but also on different kinds of steel, roller material, temperature of the cooling water, and working environment factors.
