Introduction In composite materials, there are at least two different types of randomly mixed materials’ components.
There are numerous experimental and theoretical studies to estimate the effective thermal conductivity of composite materials.
Furthermore, it is very suitable to characterize macroscopic homogeneous and isotropic multiphase composite materials.

Friction Correction and Constitutive Equation of a non-quenched and tempered Steel during Hot Deformation Xia Li1, 2a, Xiaoxia Li2,b , Mingyao Li2,c, Xiaochun Wu2,d 1 School of Materials Science and Engineering, Shanghai University, Shanghai, China 2 School of Materials Engineering, Shanghai University of Engineering Science, Shanghai, China alixia@sues.edu.cn, blxxcljg@sina.cn,cankesh@163.com,dxcwu@staff.shu.edu.cn Keywords: non-quenched and tempered Steel, friction correction, hot deformation, constitutive equation.
Fig.2 shows that at the same deformation rate, more higher the deformation temperature is , more lower the resistance to deformation of the material has, so that the peak stress is much lower , and dynamic recrystallization of this material can be easily occurred.
Therfore, proper process should be selected in compliance with material properties and to achieve the requirements of the parts

The matrixes on the base material were ferrite, austenite, and pearlite.
Conventional methods to obtain surface hardening of the materials so that the surface of the material components will be frictional resistant are nitriding, carburizing, and nitrocarburizing.
