Abstract.
Materials and Methods The experiment material used for investigation was the Mg-Zn-Zr alloy/β-TCP composite, Mg-Zn-Zr alloy was used for comparison.
Commercail pure Mg (99.9%) ingot, Zn (99.9%) particles and Mg-Zr master alloy with 30% Zr (wt%) were used as raw materials to form the Mg-Zn-Zr alloy.

Experimental program
Materials and mix proportions
The cement used in experiments was ordinary Portland cement with grade P.O 42.5 came from Ningxiang cement Plant, and related parameters are shown in table 1.
These results demonstrate the value of admixture A additives for the durability of materials in aggressive environments.
For the materials and testing procedures used in this study, it was found that steam-cured concretes from OPC and admixture A mixes were more porous as indicated by the much higher sorptivity values compared to the 28-day standard-cured specimens.

Among various methods of powder synthesis, chemical methods are an
important contribution of chemistry in materials science, because they allow manipulation of the
matter in a molecular level.
Therefore, it has been even more important and necessary to have versatility in the project and in the synthesis of new materials, in order to those properties permit a better performance in their final applications.

It also shows that the elastic is good material, the ultrasonic velocity in this kind of material is smaller, the noise reduction performance is better, and the ultrasonic velocity in concrete can be used to indirectly measure the concrete performance of noise reduction, noise [2].
Test materials The use of cement Liaoning Gongyuan 42.5 licensing ordinary portland cement; sand is coarse river sand, continuous gradation, fineness modulus of 3; cobblestone diameter of 5 ~ 25mm, grading qualified; rubber for 5-8 rubber particles.Latex for Shandong Zibo production cement latex, concentration of 50-2%; defoaming agent for phosphoric acid butyl ester three of Shenyang Xinhua reagent production, concentration ≥ 98.5%; wetting agent for ethylene glycol of Shenyang Xinhua reagent production; the water reducing agent is produced in Tianjin UNF-5 non air entraining super plasticizer, in the dosage of 0.75% of cementations material conditions, water reduction rate is 20%.
(3) Among them:--the density of the material(Kg/m3);--velocity,(m/s);--the length of the test piece;--Dynamic modulus coefficient,;--the Poisson's ratio,cement concrete is 0.20.
