In the bonding interface of 3Y-TZP and SUS440, the Ti-Cu (brass) powder/sheet was used as bonding materials.
Additionally, brass sheet-Ti powder and Ti sheet-brass powder were applied to be two kinds of bonding materials.
The materials were both cut off by the unit length of 10mm, and the section was polished with the #600 and #1200 sandpaper respectively.

There will be less welded seams and a deep compressive residual stress on the surface
of the tank will be introduced which can improve the resistance properties of materials to fatigue and
corrosion.
