Daniel.WM Chan and Mohan.M Kumaraswamy have summed eight categories of factors: the project, the owners, designers, contractors, raw materials, labor, equipments, and external factors[2].
And then spumes up the factors on project, the owner party, construction side, the third side, materials, equipments and other objectives, these six kinds of factors influencing are involved in the whole process of project construction.
The project, the owner party, construction side, the third side, materials and equipments and other objectives are all potential of the variables in the structural model.
Materials and third party belong to the secondary factors have a bigger impact.

Poly-L-lactide (PLLA), as a renewable and biodegradable polyester, possesses excellent physical properties such as high melting point, high strength and good transparency [1-3], which make it possible for medical uses and environmentally benign materials.
Previous report [17] showed that tributyl citrate, as a low molecular weight plasticizer could dramatically lower the glass transition temperature of PLA, thus, created flexible and homogeneous materials.
Experimental Materials.
PLLA (Mw 50000–80000), purchased from Shenzhen Esun New Material Co., Ltd.
