The Study on Key Factors Influencing Time Delay of Public Construction Project

Abstract:

Project delay is prevalent and common. How to control project delay effectively is crucial for improving project performance. The 6 kinds of factors Influencing Time delay are distinguished on basis of literature. According to the structural equation modeling analysis step, the data is analysis using SPSS13.0 and AMOS7.0. This paper has made the examination and obtained the final structural equation modeling. So it has provided role for preventing the delay of duration on public construction.
