Because of slowing rate of cooling could decrease the thermal stress which is caused by the different thermal expansion from two kind of materials.
This modified could prevent the reaction between the growing materials and the growth quartz ampoule, and decrease thermal stress due to the opposite direction expansion during single crystal cooling.

The development of Nano materials opens up new avenues for improving the mechanical properties of aluminium with Nano-reinforced aluminium composite matrix .
These properties are advantageous because light weight material leads to savings in energy.
Increasing pouring temperatures also increase material toughness 4.

Introduction
The vibrating screen is a general equipment used to clean , grade and purify the materials, the principle of which is vibration being applied to screen and grade materials.
The materials moved in straight line and were thrown under two excitation forces from the vibration motors ,then were screened and graded .
