Using methane as carbon source, reaction temperature in the range of 850-1000˚C, suitable catalyst materials and flow conditions, it is possible to grow high quality CNTs by a simple CVD process [10, 11, 12].
Carbon dioxide is an electron donor gas and its adsorption resulted in the injection of electrons to the carbon nanotubes and reduced the number of holes in the materials.

Four kinds of biomass were chosen as experiment materials for thermo-gravimetric experiment.
Over the last two decades, special attention has been paid to conversion of residual biomass and renewable materials into bio-oil [1, 2].
Experimental and Methodology Materials.
The experimental materials include phoenix wood, camphor wood, rape straw and corn stover.
These materials were dried and cleaned sufficiently under natural conditions, and then pulverized into fine samples by a pulverizer, which was equipped with a 400 mesh sieve.

However, plastic forming processes are becoming increasingly important for manufacturing gear teeth (particularly spur gear teeth) due to potentially excellent workpiece parameters combined with a high degree of material utilization.
The workpiece material is chose as 15 steel, which corresponds to the AISI-1015 in the material library of Deform.
