Introduction
As lightweight materials for fibre-reinforced composites, Non-Crimp Fabrics (NCF) are increasingly used for applications as diverse as automotive, aerospace or civil engineering.
Such gaps represent a weak point for reinforced materials due to the accumulation of resin and the fact that an accurate position of load bearing fibres is no longer assured.

Attraction forces during particle removal process [9] for (a) Large flat particle area with characteristic diameter, dflat and (b) Spherically shaped particle with characteristic diameter, dp
The equation of drag force for based cleaning with different types of challenging materials [9] can be approached by the given formula as follows:
FD=CDρVf22×πdp24

In this way, the surface will be kept clean of particle deposits.
In specifying the design, some details must be examined, like attention on commonly used materials for camera lenses and covers can either be glass or polymer, which kinds of materials are easily exposed to dirt and other particles which cause poor visibility, etc.

Hence, because of the addition of ultrasonic vibration, the material removal mechanism of the hard brittle material was changed at all, and it made the grinding force was not sensitive to the change of grinding parameters.
The material removing mechanism of radial ultrasonic grinding mainly is: 1) The ultrasonically impact of grain produced a great deal of micro crack; 2) When the workpiece away from grinding wheel, the huge acceleration changed the stress state in the crack area, promoted the crack extending and grinding debris removing; 3) The single grain cut-in and cut-off the workpiece time after time in the form of micro pulse feed, removed workpiece materials in discontinues grinding mechanism.

If you use new materials or change the insulation system, you should do experiments in order to ascertain the performance of new materials and the enduring property of the system.

Testing for performance of materials and components The performance of materials has direct influence on the overall quality.
More over, some even reinspect materials after being used.
System providers supply materials and take the responsibility, and they must make promises on performances of materials [4].
Materials bought in multiple channels are often difficult to ensure compatible performance and overall performance.

However, plastic forming processes are becoming increasingly important for manufacturing gear teeth (particularly spur gear teeth) due to potentially excellent workpiece parameters combined with a high degree of material utilization.
The workpiece material is chose as 15 steel, which corresponds to the AISI-1015 in the material library of Deform.

Introduction
As we know, the formation of complex three-dimensional composite composed of inorganic
hydroxyapatite (HA) phase and organic matrices in the endoskeletons of vertebrates is a specific
biomineralization process [1-2], so biomimetic materials according to this principle are of great
value among all functional biomedical materials.
Materials and Methods Gelatine, calcium nitrate, diammonium hydrogen phosphate and ammonia water were purchased from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co.
EDS analysis performed on the inorganic materials confirmed the expected Ca/P ratio (1.66±0.10) that is typical of HA (the inset in Fig. 4a).

Introduction
Nanotechnology has heralded the advent of next major techno-paradigm shift that will have pervasive impacts on a wide-range of high-tech sectors, including biology, information, electronics, materials, instruments etc.
Kostoff et al. took text mining method to study the structure and infrastructure of the global nanotechnology literature based on Science Citation Index/Social Science Citation Index (SCI/SSCI) databases.
The prolific authors, key journals/institutions/countries, most cited authors/journals, pervasive technical thrusts and their inter-relationships in nanotechnology were well revealed [1-3].
Loet and Zhou used the Journal Citation Reports of the Science Citation Index to delineate a core set of nanotechnology journals and a nanotechnology-relevant set.
