In the civil building, Yinghe Yu [10] developed a civil building energy consumption database software, the data of civil building investigation stored in the base table of energy consumption database, and then through the statistical calculation of the database of all civil buildings energy consumption indicators, the user can query and export of energy consumption data and indicators through the database interface, dynamic queries, reports, charts, and other functional modules.
