Experimental Starting materials.
The main starting materials were tabular corundum of various particle sizes, reactive α-Al2O3 micropowder, and fused alumina zirconia of <0.044mm.
Other starting materials were flaky graphite (-196 mesh), aluminium micropowdersilicon powder.
Moreover, ZrO2 could transform in crystal type and improve the toughness of materials.

Conventional treatments of MSWI fly ash include immobilization with construction materials [5], chemical washing [6] and chloride evaporation [7].
This is conducive to its reaction with other raw materials of construction materials to form new silicates in which heavy metals can be stabilized.

Light materials, especially hydrogenous materials which contained in the water of hydration of the set cement (concrete) attenuate fast neutrons as a consequence of the high cross-section of hydrogen [4].
Materials and Methods The Chemical composition of used materials are reported in Table 1 for binders and in Table 2 for aggregates.
The oxide composition of cement and supplementary cementitious materials corresponds to the standard composition of these materials.
