As a low cost moulding technology, VARI is widely used to produce advanced composite materials.
The resin is injected through either a single or multiple inlet ports (depending on the part size and shape),then transferred into the preform by a pressure gradient (induced by the vacuum pressure), and gravity and capillary effects; (c) curing of the impregnated perform[5,6].Because VARI process is usually used to produce the large-scale composite structures such as ships, refrigerated containers and bridge deck[7], a large amount usage of raw material usage, complex and time-consuming process make it necessary to study in-depth on resin used in VARI.

Parameters of rock mass and constitutive model There are six kinds of rock mass materials used in the simulation, including moraine deposit, alluvial deposit, and fully weathered, strongly weathered, weakly weathered, new bedrock.
The physical and mechanical parameters of materials used in the simulation are given in Table 1.
All the materials are considered as ideal plastic.

It is this unparalleled advantages that making laser direct deposition technique has great application value in the important industrial areas of aviation,aerospace,rare metal parts manufacturing and repair materials,functionally gradient materials, design and other manufacturing.
Substrate materials is copper, deposition parts is divided into ten layers and the property of every layer is the Graphite copper composite materials,graphite and copper thermal physical data reference literature[6],While the thermal physical parameters of each layer may be calculated based on composite algorithms of composite material.the graphite volume fraction increasing by 10% from the bottom up of deposition parts,and the graphite volume fraction of the first layer is 10%.
From Fig. 5 can also be learned the Z-Component of stress getting larger from top to bottom,and the risk of cracking is increasing from top to bottom.This is due to the substrate is at room temperature condition in the early of deposition , the depositing materials on substrate is rapid quenching by heat transfer,and leads to large tensile stress.with the material deposition,the temperature of the substrate is higher and the cooling rate of the material become gentle, so the tensile stress is smaller.In the same way,the X-Component of stress also showed the trend of gradually increases from top to bottom in Fig. 5,that is easy appear the crack of parallel to the Y direction.
