Zinc metallurgical materials with high strength, good damping, and low manufacturing cost, is very potential to be the high temperature soft lead-free solder, however, the wettability of zinc base solder is poor, to some extent, which makes its application is limited .
In recent years, Advanced connection materials group of Henan university of science and technology has developed a new type of zinc metallurgical flux, which can effectively improve wettability of zinc filler metals.
