Abstract.
Introduction Lightweight aggregate concrete used in industrial and civil construction and other structures, will receive the lower structure of weight.
Lightweight aggregate concrete has good engineering performances like lightweight and heat insulation effect and it can be used in industrial and civil construction.
The water absorption rates of the porous material are very large in an engineering extent.
It is the main reason why the lightweight aggregate concrete not widely used in the engineering community.

Introduction
An important stage in the life cycle of civil engineering structures in civil engineering construction field, is the key to achieve resource conservation and energy saving and emission reduction[1-3].
From the beginning of the last century 90's, the development of China's civil engineering industry is fierce, not only improved the appearance of the city, but also made great contribution to our national economic development [4].
With the rapid development of civil engineering industry at the same time, the extensive mode of development we gradually feel the civil engineering industry, hinder the sustainable development of the industry, to the environment has brought many negative effects also appear more and more, in recent years, the national more often now haze days, a great relationship with the dust of construction.
Not only the civil engineering construction site dust pollution, which relates to the steel, cement, tiles, paint, metal and other products also exist a lot of pollution.
Analysis of Civil Engineering Construction Wastewater Pollution Source Wastewater during construction period is mainly the civil engineering construction sewage, foundation construction of groundwater and construction machinery washing wastewater.

Depending on the degree course they have studied and/or the jurisdiction they are seeking licensure in, they may be accredited (or licensed) as just structural engineers, or as civil engineers, or as both civil and structural engineers.

Constructional engineering contracts contain engineering investigation contracts, design contracts and construction contracts.
According to the rules of General Provisions of Civil Law and Law of Contract, principle of equality, principle of voluntarism, fairness, compensation of equal value and good faith, principle of civil rights and interests protected by law, principle of prohibiting abuse of rights and principle of negotiated consensus are the fundamental principles to engage in civil activities and to conclude contracts.
As a kind of civil contract, construction contract can’t be exceptive, which should follow above fundamental principles.
If both parties have determined the valuation standards and methods of engineering settlement which are not against legal rules, the payment of engineering settlement should be according to the contracts.

Abstract.In the Air Traffic Control (ATC) communication system of Civil Aviation, the radio interference has become a big problem to the safety of the flight airplanes in recent years.
The study has very important practical value because our research work is doing around the difficulties disturbing civil air management department.
ATC communication systems of Civil Aviation are mainly completed by VHF radio.
The main interference impact on the civil aviation VHF radio is: same frequency interference, intermodulation interference and spurious radiation[1][2].
But in the ATC communication system of Civil Aviation, we can’t get the training signal easily.
The study has very important practical value because our research work is doing around the difficulties disturbing civil air management department.
