In addition, current common stock methods are formed through gathering and analyzing the historical projects data by expects, and exist some difference with civil prefects in time and space.
Therefore, adopting scientific methods to localize the assess methods, improving estimating accuracy; managing the civil software project development scientifically and arranging reasonable schedule have important significance and practical value.

Determination of the Anchorage Depth of Rigid Anti-slide Piles Based on Biparameter Method Yanzhi Wu Department of Civil Engineering, Hefei University, Hefei 230022, China wuyanzhill@126.com Keywords:biparameter method;strength reduction;anti-slide pile;anchorage depth Abstract: In order to improve the design and calculation of anti-slide piles, the design method is proposed which can calculate anchorage depth of rigid piles based on bi-parameter mode of foundation coefficient and the corresponding formula is deduced in details.
When the depth is too shallow, pile stability is poor; when the depth is too deep, it is difficult to construct and engineering investment increased.
