At present, Liaoning needs to take travel agencies as the core, form a chain of eating (food and beverage enterprises), accommodation (travel restaurants), transportation (transportation enterprises), sightseeing (scenery spots), shopping (travel shops), entertainment (recreation enterprises) providers and providers of providers (supply enterprises of food raw materials, supply enterprises of hotel equipment) and all the providers including distributors, retailers and tourists and all the users (see Figure 1. ).

These years the principle of elastic dynamic is used to determine the various mechanical properties of materials and interior damage of material appearing in previous period.
If the damage cause the material character’s difference between the different segments of the structure,it should be dealed with by subarea according to the various material property.
It is assumed that the density of the material do not change after the damage’s occurence.
