Adding water mass is a weak coupling method, because of its simple form and less computation, it applied in engineering structures frequently[10].
The first phase of Jingdian engineering project completed 13 pumping stations and the installed capacity is 67,000 KW, the irrigated area is 30.6hm2.
The second phase of Jingdian engineering project completed 30 stations, the capacity is 192,700 KW, and the irrigated area is 52.05hm2.
The flow-induced characteristics are obtained of 1st pressure pipe for JinDian Engineering :On the working conditions: the 4th machine working, the inlet and the outlet are easy to excitation.
