Introduction
Composite materials are expanding their applications owing to high specific strength, high
elastic modulus and wide tailorbility for various properties.
We can easily fabricate wide variety of composite materials.
However, composite materials exert their advantage only when applied to two-dimensional reinforcement structures.
Experimental Procedure 2.1 Materials Comercially available collagen solution (Cellmatrix Type LA,Nitta Gelatin Inc.) was used in the present experiments.

These materials
have a great potential to contribute to desired chemistry in the contact zone to tissue.
Materials and methods Mono-calcium aluminate (CA) was synthesised by the company Doxa AB, Sweden at 1400 oC for 5 hrs.
Also the material can be in contact with other implant materials as dental crowns, dental screws or coatings on implants.

NPC: With the repeated action of the load, the state of pressed materials is changed from stationary to motion.
Since the friction of between pressed materials particles is converted from static friction to dynamic friction, the frictional resistance between the material particles is reduced.

The results show that, changing the body material from cast iron materials to cast aluminum materials, the body stress distribution trends are similar, but the cast aluminum body deformation increases; increasing the number of cylinder head bolts to 6 can reduce the deformation of the cylinder liner; a reasonable set of stiffeners can reduce the bearing bore deformation.
Perform finite element analysis of the S1110 original engine body, the material is cast iron HT200.
Conclusions (1) Changing the body material from cast iron materials to cast aluminum materials while the body structure is unchanged, the body stress distribution trends are similar, but the cast aluminum body deformation increases obviously.
(4) By changing the body materials, reducing the body wall thickness and a series of measures, the mass of the engine body is reduced from 38kg to 13.8kg and the mass ratio of the engine is reduced from 13.2kg/kW to 11.81kg/kW, approaching the mass ratio requirements of the new generation single-cylinder engine.
