So in the appraisal and consolidation process, long-term economic costs of the practical engineering must be taken into account, and determine the reasonable following service life.
Case of Project Engineering situation.
Appraisal conclusions could not be determined blindly, and reinforcement should be carried out according to engineering practice.

The Research on Computer Aided Design Combined with Product Design Wei Tian Department of Mechanical and Electric Engineering Weifang University Weifang, China tianwei666_2000@163.com Keywords: Product design; Computer aided design; Virtual reality technology Abstract.
AutoCAD can be used into a wide range of areas, such as engineering drawing’s constructional design, decorative design, artistic design, product design, water-power engineering, civil engineering and so on. 5.2 Rhinoceros Rhinoceros(Rhino)is the American Robert McNeel & Assoc company which developed powerful professional 3D shape modeling software based on NURBS(Non-Uniform Ra-tional B-Splines,it refers to the non-uniform rational B-Spline curves). It combines wonderfully the exactness of traditional CAD and the flexibility of modeling technology which is based on free curve.
But we use the virtual reality technology and holographic technology in the new model, and based on the results of the product of computer aided design (CAD) model and data and computer aided engineering simulation and analysis to product a kind of immersion feeling and sense of reality, and may carry on visual interactive virtual product prototype.
