Eventually, we use the investment, the average wages of the 23 sectors and the data in Table 2 with the employment–driven models to count the direct and indirect employment effect, and then get the total effect, as shown in Table2, thereinto, the effects on some sectors are more obvious, such as Chemical products manufacturing, Cement and asbestos products manufacturing, Refractory products manufacturing, Metal working machinery, Pump, valves and compressor manufacturing, Motor manufacturing, Construction, Railway freight transport, Highway freight transport, Water freight transport, Pipeline transport, Expertise service, Scientific exchange and services promotion and Environment management.
The construction of SPR has great pulling effect on Computer manufacturing, Professional services and Science exchange and promotion service, so the government should encourage innovation and focus on the development of high-tech sectors to drive employment.

Before bioscouring treatment the samples were washed with hot water at 100 0C in the standardized AATCC Lander-Ömeter, model M228-AA from SDL Atlas Company, United States.
After the bioscouring treatment, the samples were washed with hot (70 0C) and cold water and dried at room temperature.
