Introduction
Due to the generally negative environmental impact of polymeric materials, such as expanded
polystyrene, used for cushioning applications in protective packaging, there has been interest in one
of the most commonly available renewable material, paper, as a replacement for polymeric
cushioning.

The essence of smeared crack model is smearing the actual materials’ cracks into the whole unit, using the material constitutive model to simulate the influence of cracks.
(1) Materials’ crack criterion Crack criterion is a strength criterion to judge whether the unit will crack.
So we first analyze small-cracks’ (inside the samples) influence on tensile strength, and evaluate open-model’s applicability to soil materials tensile crack at the same time.

Abstract.
Ultrafine- grained materials generally offer high strength coupled with reasonably good fracture toughness and often superplastic properties at moderate temperatures and at high strain rates [1-3].
Materials and experiment procedure Investigations have been performed by use multi-axial compression techniques for refining Cu structure.

Secondly, automation communication must be based on communication materials.
And the communication materials are very full.
The correct choice of the materials will directly influence practice effeciency.
How do learners choose the best communication materials?

On the other hand, idealized brittle fracture defined in the framework of linear-elastic fracture mechanics does not strictly represent a precise, physical fracture mode in engineering materials, since most materials sustain a certain amount of plastic deformation before fracture takes place.
In addition, linear-elastic materials recover to their original, un-deformed, and hence un-damaged configurations upon unloading.

Very short ultrasonic pulse-waves with main frequencies ranging from 0.1-50 MHz are launched into materials in order to detect internal flaws.
The pulse is caused by the material thermoelastic expansion due to the material absorption of laser energy.
