In civil engineering, the calculation and analysis of connection of structure design is very important, stiffness and stability of connection is crucial to the safety of whole structure, both at home and abroad, the technical personnel in engineering and scholars have done many study of calculating theory of beam-column connection[2,3,4,5].
(2) Engineering practice of reduction of bending moment of cap beam As shown in Fig.5, a widening road engineering of a industrial park in Zhuhai, it has widened pedestrian bridge on both sides, the width of bridge is 5.75m, the upper structure is a simply supported prestressed concrete hollow slab with 8 across and 16m length.
(2) Comparing the calculated result of bending moment of the entity unit model to that of beam element model and combining with engineering example, the result demonstrates that the reduced bending moment of cap beam is a little bigger adopting the formula R(h+b)/8, and the formula R(h+b)/9 is more suitable
