However, it is difficult for an engineer engaged in the maintenance of bridges to perform a detailed investigation for analyzing the safety and soundness of the bridges on a daily basis because there are many aspects that require maintenance.
They include (1) properties based on geological river topography, (2) properties based on river engineering and hydraulics, and (3) properties based on the structure of bridges and scour.
However, information of these parameters may not be disclosed to almost all rivers in Japan, and it is difficult for engineers engaged in maintenance to obtain accurate information.
From these results, the developed model generally reproduced the engineering knowledge that the damage risk increased as hi increases and dsi decreases.

Abstract.
Introduction It is very difficult to meet the appropriate execution conditions in winter of the western area, especially the execution conditions of concrete engineering.
These cracks not only affect the appearance, but the durability of the concrete construction even the service life of the concrete engineering.
Also, they had achieved fruitful results and provided a reference for the improvement of concrete’s anti cracking performance in the practical engineering.
Steamed Reduction Agent in Taizhou Bridge Concrete Engineering Application.
