The experiments data showed the aerodynamic noise of the two airfoils are reduced by 4-8dB and 4dB compared with the smooth airfoil[8].
(a) Arrangement of the sensors inside the cylinder (b) Arrangement of the sensors on surface of the cylinder Fig.12 Locations of the sensors on the cylinders 5 Analysis of experimental data The data from fluctuating pressure test is time series signals.
The results of the fluctuating pressure test data are the center frequency of 1/3 octave spectrum.
With ,. 5.1 Comparison of experimental data The sensor 1 and the sensor 5 are damaged during the experiment, so here only gives the fluctuating pressure comparison of other six sensors.
The wind tunnel experiment data show that the total fluctuating pressure of bionic wavy cylinder model is significantly lower than that of the smooth cylinder model at wind speed of 42m/s. 4.

We should take full consideration to energy-saving emission reduction in the design of the projects, such as the utilization of solar energy, the use of lightweight thermal insulation wall, the energy-saving windows and doors, the walls and roof greening, etc.
So, promoting the development of green low carbon building is the major measurement to achieve energy-saving emission reduction, protect environment, improve people's livelihood, promote the healthy development of urbanization, and promote the progress of science and technology in the construction industry.
According to statistics data, about 50% of the energy was used in construction industry from all over the world, at the same time humans from the natural world generates 50% of its raw material is used to build the building and affiliated facilities thereof.
Conclusion Developing the low carbon building, advocating energy-saving emission reduction, it should not be only a slogan, but also need to be put into practice.

Analysis of absorption and reflection data indicates towards the reduction in optical band gap and increase in refractive index of the resulting nanocomposite.
In present work, Ag-PMMA nanocomposite films were prepared by chemical reduction method with thickness in the range of 20-30 µm.
Initially, the reduction of Ag+ ions leads to the formation of silver atoms (Ag0), which is followed by agglomeration into clusters [6].
UV-VIS absorption data was further analysed to calculate optical band gap and refractive index of Ag-PMMA nanocomposite films.

Moreover, there are some analysis and forecasting models here to aid project manager do some cost decision-makings using of data collected and processed by the WPCIMS.
Individuals comes from all participators of the project are teamed up as an information management team by the project manager to collect project cost data and to operate the WPCIMS.
The results indicate that the application performance of the WPCIMS is mainly including: 1)Processing efficiency promotion of project cost data; 2)Coordination improvement among participators; 3)Standardization and routinization of the project cost controlling workflows; 4)Dynamic and reasonable project cost decision-making; 5) Reduction of contract disputes; 6)Team knowledge increasing.
Meanwhile, data collecting and processing efficiencies has reduced by the extra organizational rampart come from the join-in of a new information managing department.

For CMB, both ambient data and specific source profiles are needed.
Because PMF is based on ambient data only, it is convenient to carry out VOC source identification and apportionment.
In order to avoid any unrealistic data distorting the source analysis result, some species that are not well-characterized.
The final data set contained 21 VOC species at MBT.
The vehicle related source contribution at MBT is generally similar to the data collected at Beijing (64%) and urban Milan (60-80%) and lower than that detected at traffic intersections (82~87% ).

The reduction of ultimate load and increase in deflection of beams after fire in shear test were also observed.
Fig.2 Furnace temperature progression curve Test results and discussion The data generated from above tests can be used to study the overall performance of reinforced ceramsite LWAC beams after fire.
The average reduction of the shear ultimate capacity of beams LC20-Q-F1 and LC20-Q-F2 is about 20%.
For the main reinforcing bars, the yielding load after fire reduced about 3.8%, and there is no reduction for the ultimate load capacity listed in Table.4.
The yielding load of reinforcing bars in beams after fire reduced about 3.8%, and there is no reduction observed in the ultimate loads.

From data given in fig.1-2 it follows that shape and bend radius value of the strip after leaving the deformation zone is influenced by initial height of the rolled strip h0, rolling reduction ε and velocity asymmetry factor av.
From data given in fig.2 follows that for reductions more than 30% a distinct influence of asymmetry velocity of roll periphery av on the direction of strip blend after leaving the deformation zone takes place.
The effect of the velocity asymmetry factor, av, and the initial stock height, h0, on the strip curvature, for a rolling reduction of ε = 30% The curve lines given in fig.4 for reduction of 30% are of different character.
Distribution of strain intensity εi for a strip of h0 = 14 mm, rolled asymmetrically with a rolling reduction of 30% and varied asymmetry factors: a) av = 5%, b) av = 8%, c) av = 15% From data given in fig. 5-7 follows that as a result of asymmetric rolling process in deformation zone there occurs an unequal velocity field of material flow.
The impact of individual rolls on the strip is also different as well as reduction of each roll is different.
