According to research of Strain-Hardening Cement-based Composite (SHCC), improve the brittle behavior of cement-based materials by incorporating randomly distributed fibers.
The sprayed SHCC materials to evaluate the mechanical properties of the present study were planned in two steps shows in Fig 2.

TiO2 is one of the most promising photocatalytic materials for the photodegradation of organic pollutants in water and air.
Compared with other semiconductor materials, TiO2 has many advantages, such as higher photocatalytic performance, better chemical stability, nontoxicity and cheapness.
Cetyltrimethylammoniumbromide (CTAB), a typical cationic surfactant, is often used in the scientific researches.In nanometer materials preparation process, surfactants function as template, stabilizer and dispersant.

The alloys based on the intermetallic phases from Ti-Al system are materials which, on the grounds of their resistance characteristics, could be widely used in automotive and aerospace applications.
The main problem in the application of these materials is, apart from their high manufacturing costs, their relatively low oxidation resistance in temperatures above 800 oC. [1,2].

The assumptions of FE model are as following: (1) the distribution of current is uniform on the cross section of solenoid; (2) the conductivity and magnetic permeability of materials are constant and isotropic; (3) free of the vortex; (4) the temperature dependence of material property is ignored.
Due to the compressive force, the deformation of specimen will be restricted in the axial direction, and only circumferential distortion will occur, so it can be thought as the state of uniaxial tensile stress which is commonly used to research the material dynamic properties and fracture process for ductile metal materials.

The properties of materials are represented as the equation below
The datas of chip thickness are treated by non-linear fitting method,we will find that the chip thickness is in the same the trend of feed, when the feed increases, cutting energy increasing, and that will lead to the increase of cutting temperature, and accordingly the plastic of materials increases, so cutting thickness increases.
